Best taste Romaine

I garden at 8000 fee in Northern New Mexico
Season is short up here
This salad has become one of my favorite things to grow.
At this point I seed in late March in a sunny warm protected spot.
The salad will come up and survive even harder frost .
By mid June it is turning into delicious bittersweet Romain heads!
Fantastic for Cesar salad!
Thinning plants are the first green from the garden on the sandwich .
