Joi Choi F1 Hybrid is the first hybrid white stem Pak Choi in the world. Slow bolter, uniform in growth and maturity and very cold tolerant. Most cold tolerant variety and keeps green in winter. Tested for Black Rot and Black Leg. 50 days direct seeded.
7,000 seeds/oz.; 10 days, 75°F.
For spring cabbage, start indoors in midwinter and transplant in 3-4 weeks. For fall and storage cabbage, start in May and transplant in 3-4 weeks.
