(8-10 oz.) Chef’s Choice White F1 Hybrid Tomato is a white beefsteak that has a low acid (high sugar) slightly melon flavor with lightly ribbed shoulders. The mature color is creamy ivory to pale yellow. Highly disease resistant plants are very productive with good leaf cover to protect from sun scald. (FW, VW, TMV).

Vining plants that are best when staked and trimmed. Can also be used in tall cages. They produce fruit continuously.

Sow early indoors in cool climates. Sow 3-5 weeks before predicted last frost. Transplant outside 6-8 weeks from sowing.
