Description
Italian Edible Gourd is at its best when 6” long. It is slightly sweet and tender at this size and holds its shape when cooked. Peel skin and clean out seed cavity before cooking. If not harvested young they can grow up to 4’ long. This is a pale green strain with a lemon yellow interior. The plants are vigorous vines. 54 days to young fruit.
