Description
Partial Eclipse F1 Hybrid Summer Squash is a true winner at the farmer’s markets for it’s beautiful coloring, unique shape and creamy texture. Heavy yields of fruits develop on semi-bush plants with an open habit. The contrasting dark green stripes and spots start to develop when the fruits are 4”in diameter. Harvested as a baby scallop, the skin is pale white and tender, and the entire squash can be eaten as a summer squash. Left on the vine to mature, the skin develops this distinctive green pattern and can be eaten as a winter squash or displayed. 52 days. Reported to be tolerant of PM.
