(5-8 lbs.) Small Sugar is known as New England Pie or just Pie Pumpkin. Folks have been growing and asking for this variety for 150 years. It is the classic pie pumpkin with thick, sweet, stringless yellow-orange flesh. It is 8 x 8” and lightly ribbed with a slightly flattened shape. With rich soil and adequate water each vine produces 4-6 pumpkins. C. pepo. 90 days.

Start early indoors in pots and transplant after last spring frost. Can also be seeded directly in the field after soil temperature is 72°F.
