Description
Alma Paprika is a crisp apple-shaped pepper with just a touch of heat in the seeds. The 3″ fruit start out white and ripen through orange to red. When used for making paprika they shouldn’t be harvested until they become red and dehydrated. But Alma Paprika are tasty at all stages. They have thick walls and are good roasted or stuffed. 80 days.

Start early indoors and transplant well after last frost. Grow seedlings at 62°F night temperature and 70°F day temperature. Lower temperatures permanently reduce plant productivity.
