Habanero Mayan elongated habanero peppers may look different, but they have the same fruity/heat flavor profile as the traditional red habanero but with a slightly lower Scoville heat unit. Sturdy compact 36” plants have good leaf coverage which protects the fruit from sunburn. 90 days from transplant.

Start early indoors and transplant well after last frost. Grow seedlings at 62°F night temperature and 70°F day temperature. Lower temperatures permanently reduce plant productivity.
