Description
Di Sicilia Violetto is a purple cauliflower that is easier to grow than white and is tastier and more nutritious. It is delicious raw or cooked and freezes well. This variety has a medium sized purple head that turns green when cooked. It is extremely cold hardy and produces many side shoots. 85-90 days.

Decrease temperature after germination; grow on at 60°F. Start in early spring indoors and plant outside when 4 weeks old. Can also be started from seed in late July for fall crops.
