Heirloom. (6-10 lb.) Long Island Cheese features flattened, deeply ribbed, buff colored fruits and deep-orange
sweet flesh. Excellent in pies. Stores well and named for its resemblance to a wheel of cheese.



Extended Information:
175-300/oz. 10 days, 72F. Sow directly into peat pots or packs and flats. Germinate, then grow on at 70°F. Will have a saleable plant in about 3-5 weeks.
