One of the only varieties of rhubarb that comes true from seed. This is the fastest growing, all purpose rhubarb. It has excellent flavor and slender bright red stalks. Start seeds early in the spring indoors and transplant after the last frost. Plant extra seeds and keep only the seedlings with the most intense color. Potentially a good variety for those in the deep south when grown as an annual.
