Contract for Porcelain Doll Seed to Benefit Pink Pumpkin Patch Foundation Cancer Cure

Pink Pumpkin Patch Foundation is a 501(c)3 charity established to collect 25 cents per Porcelain Doll Pink Pumpkin sold and distribute those funds to cancer cure programs that agree with the Pink Pumpkin Patch Foundation’s board of directors’ goals.
In order for our commercial growers to purchase Porcelain Doll seed, the Grower must download and complete this contract between the Seed Dealer and the Grower and fax back to (877) 229-8487 or mail to NESEED, 3580 Main Street, Building #10, Hartford, CT 06120. This contract states the Grower will collect 25 cents per Porcelain Doll Pink Pumpkin sold and send these funds to the Pink Pumpkin Patch Foundation address below by December 15, 2012.

7 days, 72ºF (Seed Variable) Sow directly in peat pots or packs and flats. Start 4-5 weeks before sales. Can be planted directly into hills in the garden. Harvest in fall.
