F1 HybridDP Seeds VarietyWhat do these symbols mean?
Lynx is a mid early maturity blocky bell, 4-lobed sweet pepper. Matures from green to red. Plant is compact with a strong stem attachment that resists breaking. Very prolific. 70 days.
21-26 days, 72ºF. Start early indoors and transplant well after last frost. Grow seedlings at 62ºF night temperature and 70ºF day temperature. Lower temperatures permanently reduce plant productivity.
Capsicum annuum unless otherwise noted.

Sowing: Sow seed in doors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Row in full sun and keep soil temperature in the mid-70's Transplant to garden 2-3 weeks after the last frost.
Care: Water regularly and fertilize when plants are 6" (15cm) tall and again in mid-summer.
Harvest: Carefully cut fruit from plant when full size (3-3 1/2" long) and red, but before they begin to soften. Harvest regularly.
Your Health: Excellent source of vitamins A and C.

Plantación en España - País Vasco y Burgos December 1, 2009
Compré un paquete de semillas de Lynx Hybrid y lo sembre en un pequeño semillero calefactado a 20 ºC unos 70F. Nacieron muy bien y lo mismo el transplante. La última helada tuvo lugar el 23 de abril. Siguiendo las instrucciones lo pasamos al terreno exterior a mediados de mayo. Ahora falta practicar el último abonado a finales de julio, y la cosecha promete ser tan fructífera como se dice en su ficha. La única variación respecto a esas recomendaciones es la del espacio entre filas, que en nuestro caso ha sido más pequeña, unos 45-50 cm, y unos 35 cm entre plantas dentro del surco.
Al llegar agosto de 2009 comprobamos que se había cruzado parcialmente con otro tipo de pimientos sembrados muy cerca. Los más lejanos sí que mostraron sus características con el resultado esperado.
