Qty:  
A dwarf, ornamental grass, about 8 inches tall. Blue fescue makes beautiful accent plants in landscapes and is perfect for drying and use in arrangements. Needs full sun and good drainage. Full-grown plants look like bluish porcupines.

Plant: Scatter seeds in early spring where winters are severe; or fall in mild climates. Rake soil to lightly cover the seeds and deep moist until seedlings are established. Or direct seed indoors in a tray of weed free soil, as when direct sown they are often confused with weed grass.
Care: Water until plants are established, minimally thereafter. Fertilize when spring growth begins.
Tip: Separate overgrown clumps and replant as small divisions.

  • (Glauca) (18”) Blue leaves form flower mats that are perfect for borders and rock gardens. Needs well-drained and moderately dry soil.

    Perennial. 30,000 oz. 14-21, days 70F. Direct seed (12-15 sds) into packs or pots. Give bottom heat for best germination.
