Italian Collection of Vegetable Seed Open PollinatedWhat do these symbols mean?
Absolutely enormous peppers on adaptable plants. They grow well for home gardeners and greenhouse growers. The peppers are 7 long and 3 wide with a blocky shape. They are green ripening to yellow and weigh up to 1 lb. The plants protect the fruit from sunscald.

21-26 days, 72F. Start early indoors and transplant well after last frost. Grow seedlings at 62F night temperature and 70F day temperature. Lower temperatures permanently reduce plant productivity.
Capsicum annuum unless otherwise noted.

Sowing: Under glass in winter and in open seedbed in March-April. Transplant when young plants are about 15-20 cm high, at intervals of 40 cm along rows and 50 cm between rows.
