Qty:  
Sturdy, upright growing plants produce large daisy-type flowers, each with purple petals and a yellow-gold center or cone. Flowers are produced all summer into fall, even in the hottest weather and are great for attracting butterflies. Excellent cut flowers.

Plant: For strong plants either start seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before last frost, or sow outdoors in late summer/early fall and provide winter protection where necessary.
Care: Plant in well-drained soil. Fertilize when spring growth begins.
Tip: Cones (center of the flower) dry perfectly for permanent arrangements.
