Broccoli Romanesco Natalino
Also known as Roman cauliflower or broccoflower. This is a variety that has been grown in Italy for over 400 years. It is much more tender than modern broccoli and cauliflower. Romanesco has a mild, creamy taste and is a little bit nutty. Try it raw or lightly steamed/sauteéd. It is completely unique looking vegetable with spiraling apple-green heads. Plant in mid-winter in mild climates and May-June in cool climates.
OG Carrot Parisian
Deep orange radish shaped carrots for heavy soil where long carrots won’t grow. Delicious gourmet flavor raw, steamed or canned. Also excellent for containers. 55-60 days.
(7”) Early maturing Beit alpha type for open field production. Darkgreen fruit with short agressive vine. High yield and uniform with excellent taste. Tolerant to Cucumber Mosaic Virus, Watermelon Mosaic Virus, Cucumber Vein Yellowing Virus M, Powdery Mildew, Downy Mildew and Zucchini Yellow Mosaic Virus.
Pea Dwarf Grey Sugar
18-24" tall. This is a prolific snow pea with sweet and crisp pods. Pick them at 2 1/2" long for best quality. You can also harvest seedlings at 10 days old for salad and stir fries. The tips of mature plants including the flowers can also harvested for the same purpose. Resistant to FW. 65 days.

Radish Purple Plum
This variety features a bright purple skin, and firm white flesh. Crisp and sweet all season, Purple Plum is never pithy or hot but hardy and adaptable. 25-30 days.
(6”-18”) Onion flavored stems are used chopped in soups or with sour cream on baked potatoes, either fresh or dried.
(1-2’ tall) Slightly earlier than Dill Bouquet, yet has flower heads slightly larger.
