A delicious, nutritious, and easy to grow vegetable. Tall branching plants form compact central heads. After the main head is removed, smaller heads will continue to develop over a long season. Popular fresh or frozen.

Sowing: Start seed indoors or in hot bed 8-12 weeks before last frost. Set plants out after last frost. Cultivate soil and enrich with vegetable food and organic matter. Firm soil over seed.
Care: Water regularly, feed every 4 weeks and protect from insects.
Harvest: Cu 6" below central head and when buds are still tight.
Your Health: Rich in Calcium, Iron, vitamins A, B1, B2 Niacin and C.
