Plants bear delicate and graceful 1 1/2-4" (4-10cm) flowers in a wide range of color that will complement any garden. Ideal in beds, borders, rock gardens and in wild gardens. The distinctive flowers are popular in arrangements.

Plant: Select location with very light shade and well drained soil and plant outdoors after all danger of frost is past. For earlier blossoms sow indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. Pre-chill seed in refrigerator for 7-10 days to hasten germination. Cultivate soil and firm over seed keeping it moist.
Care: Keep soil moist. Protect with light mulch in severe winter areas, feed every spring.
Tip: Store seed in cool dry place. Heat and moisture severely reduce germination.
